For an international organization that provides services in finance sector for its new SSC in Wroclaw we are currently looking for experienced Candidates for a position of:

Senior Certified Accountant (Insurance Division)

Job purpose:
Providing accurate & timely recording, authorisation & settlement of payments to third parties in line with the agreed Service Catalogue and associated SLAs.

Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely allocation of cash transactions.
- Tax reporting and settlement. Preparing and allocation of premium tax settled
- Accurate and timely recording of premium transactions.
- Monitoring and escalation of cash allocation issues.
- Monitoring and escalation of aged debt issues.
- Preparation of premium reminders and notices of cancellation.
- Preparing statement preparation for brokers, following insurers,tax authorities
- Allocation of settlements associated with brokers, following insurers,tax authorities
- Providing an effective control framework across all processes.
- Ensuring processes, procedures and SLA’s are met
- Communication with relevant groups within the business

Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- German, Spanish, French language skills would be an asset
- 5 years of accounting experience,
- (Re)insurance experience would be a strong asset
- Recognised professional qualification e.g. ACCA, CIPD, CIMA
- Planning and organization skills,
- Very good communication skills,
- Team player
- Advanced MS Office skills
