Billing/ AR Team Leader

For an international organization for its SSC Centre because of new project being launched we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

Billing/ AR Team Leader

Workplace: Poznan
Ref JO-1402-279295

Responsibilities:
Daily operations of the Billing department by making sure there are sufficient resources available to process customer invoices and requests in an accurate, timely manner.
Responsible for the performance and growth of the Specialist.
Works closely with other supervisors and managers in the company on a daily basis to ensure that company’s goals are met
Works closely with and reports to the Director of Accounting
Leads by example in having a professional & positive attitude
Assign projects to staff within the department to help develop their skills and to grow with the company.
Responsible for weekly cash forecasting and credit line reporting requirements
Responsible for the delegation of projects to billing specialists to ensure deadlines given by Corporate Accounting management are met.
Responsible for weekly cash forecasting and credit line reporting requirements.
Answer questions from the practices and finance admin’s concerning billing issues that the Specialist/Analyst are unable to answer.
Responsible for establishment of recurring billings.
Back up for all staff to ensure billing continues to go out the door in their absences.
Responsible for review, audit and approval of BAR billings as submitted and completed.
Responsible for maintaining and updating accounting rules related to billing for Intercompany and responsible for maintaining rate templates



Requirements:
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience with PeopleSoft – nice to have
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
3-4 years of Accounting experience.
Experience as team leader or team leader backup
