Business Process Architect

We are currently looking for Candidates for our Client for the following position:
Business Process Architect
Reference number.: BPA/01/2014
Workplace: Wroclaw
Role Summary
• Combining solid business architecture techniques with financial service knowledge
• Assisting in processes of reengineering / improvement activities causing change to the organization
• Contact with stakeholders and managing theirs requirements
• Providing support to stakeholders (especially consulting, influencing and resolving conflicts)
• Collecting and delivering data about processes and procedures
• Providing digitized view of the agreement terms to a strategic platform
• Contributing in strategy solutions, resolutions of process issues, governance work
• Contact with supervisors
Qualifications
• Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
• Master’s degree (in science, business administration, engineering or related)
• At least 3 - 4 year experience in working on process reengineering initiatives
• Knowledge of processes and technology instructions
• Knowledge of SixSigma
• Financial service knowledge
• Very good MS Office skills
• Ability in solving problems (logical thinking, deductive reasoning) and conveying results of analyses into business language
• Strong business strategy and business transformation skills
• Excellent organization and analytical skills
• High level of communication skills
