For our client global corporation, leader in business, we are looking for Candidates for a position of:
Helpdesk German / French / Lithuanian / Spanish

Place of work: Poznań

Responsibilities:
1st line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware
Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from clients regarding IT issues and queries
Deliver high quality of technical solutions
Provide basic training in MS Office applications
Create and maintain positive relations with clients

Requirements:
Fluent in at least one foreign language: German / French / Lithuanian / Spanish
Fluent in English
no experience required but it will be as a big asset
