Manufacturing Engineering Manager
JOBS PLUS Company, providing comprehensive services in personal consulting, temporary and fulltime job, for its client, one of the market leaders, international manufacturing company, is currently looking for candidates for the position of:
MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
1. PRODUCT CONFIGURATION
Analysis of drawing and relevant technical documentation
Technological Make-or-Buy decision
Control and management of product configuration in compliance with the company’s procedures and tools
2. TECHNOLOGY (ROUTINGS)
Definition of job-instructions and routings in compliance with the company’s procedures and tools
Definition of the optimal metal forming parameters and techniques in relation to the available technology
Definition of product standard cost through labor evaluation
Definition of FAI (First Article Inspection) plans
Supporting the shop floor during start up of new production
3. TOOLS
Definition of production tooling requirements
Management of production tooling inventory and maintenance
4. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Effective management of the team
Responsibility for work planning and task allocation
Requirements:
Master degree from technical university (aviation and mechanical engineering are preferred)
Practical experience in modern production techniques management with focus on metal forming processes. (min 5 years)
Experience in implementing standards, procedures and innovative solutions in order to improve efficiency and reduce systems and processes costs
People management experience(min 2 years as a team leader)
Experience in creating/formulating strategy, development plans as well as goal setting
Project management (strategy creating, plans development, goal set)
Good knowledge of English B2+/C1
Computer skills: typical office applications, specific technical applications (CAD/CAM - Catia, Unigraphics)
